I've always hated video games. I started off with a video game called Echo that was a peaceful dolphin game. It was also downright impossible! I used to love to watch my brother play Sega Sonic... For some reason, I found it more exciting to watch than to participate.
For his birthday, Alex bought himself an xbox 360 and a few games. None of them have appealed to me at ALL. I helped him - briefly - playing Halo. Very hard game to navigate when you have as little sense of direction as Alex. I kid you not, you can wander around in circles, totally lost for hours. There is NO WAY to find your way back unless you can figure out how to go. Alex couldn't. My sense of direction has improved greatly since coming to Canada, and I was able to help him. I think I spent a total of a whole grand five minutes in six months.
Until now. Alex bought Soul Caliber 4 and I am addicted. And I'm pretty darn good at it to... My thumbs just hurt after playing it for a while!!!!

I don't remember you ever watching me play Sonic! Of course, I wouldn't have noticed fire falling from the heavens either. Damn that Evil Doctor!
